Dracolich and healing?

Usual lich has touch attack which inflicts negative energy damage. So it can heal itself. But Dracolich lacks that attack. Other than using potion/scroll/staff/wand (either via UMD or he is blue/red), is there any good way (such as item) for a dracolich to heal himself?

One level of Dread Necromancer? Carnal touch heals 1 or 2 points at will.

Also, 8 hours of inactivity in a 24-hour period allows an intelligent undead to heal 1 hit point (or possibly 1 hp/HD), specified more clearly in... Libris Mortis(?), than in the Monster Manual undead type traits.
