I've loved Todd Harris' artwork in Dragon for quite some time, especially in this issue's article about half- templates. Does he have a website? I've Googled and been unable to find one for him.

they presented 5 psycoses(sp) that can be applied top a dragon viw template form.

Ther are

Nameless (eliminates all traces of its existance)
Ravening (basically gluttony for dragons)
Wandering (As opposed having a single lair, their move around)
SpellStorer (Magically obsessed dragons)

And One more that I can not remember.

Riddled (obsessed with riddles)

This was my favorite article in the mag. I find it especially interesting that they are all well keyed to non-combat solutions.

It was written by Steve Palmer Peterson, who is quickly becoming one of my favorite designers.

Other than that, the mind flayer article was the only one that held my attention.

Y'know, I am not the sort of person to bash elf supplements, but even I don't think we need any more elves in the dragon.

I was a bit dissapointed they wasted space on a D&D miniatures game article, and hope we don't see much of that in the future.

I have to agree with this. I love the stuff in Dragon because its all useful, at least theoretically, in my game somewhere. Having something for their miniatures-specific game gives me nothing. Although the maps or tiles or whatever they were called were nice.

This issue was supposed to have "sneak peek" info about the revised Psionics Handbook in the Illithid article. Anyone care to elaborate on that?
I didn't see anything.

Psi-spell feats, which basically require arcane and psionic abilities, and provide a variety of effects. Mind Mage prestige class, which is basically a Mystic Theurge for psionic/arcane casters, but gains a bunch of abilities at the expense of two arcane spell levels and two psionic power levels.

Nothing explicitly marked 3.5.
