The Age of Worms tie in is what has my interest peaked.

Erik, the bastage, has finally found a way to make me buy Dragon.

Seriously. I can't decide whether to be annoyed or really really happy about more AP content. Grrrrr... :-)

Come now.. that was never our intent.. no.. we would never do such a thing. :)

Truth be told, we wanted a medium to give the players tips, tools, and tricks to use while playing in the Age of Worms campaign without the temptation of flipping to the wrong page in Dungeon.

And.. it works as a stand alone piece for DMs to use in other campaigns as well.

Back in my old 1E Greyhawk campaign days, the number 333 was sacred to Tharizdun, who according to the DM's interpretation of the campaign mythology, began life as a mortal but was able to ascend to godhood by perfecting his madness through his hatred of all things.

Therefore I have high expectations for issue 333.

Jason,
When are you going to get around to writing another LG mod in Dungeon? Hunh :)

Sorceror is a new type of magic item called a Know Stone. Know Stones hold spells that the sorceror may cast as if he knew the spell, as long as he wears the stone. Pretty neat idea.

I would love to know more about these. I was thinking about an item like this just last month, but I had no idea how to implement it.

and Worm Food, an Age of Worms tie in.
Cities of the Realms - Crimmor, by Ed Greenwood
and part two of Worm Food
Any indication if these are going to be regular/semi-regular features?

On the Paizo message boards, Erik Mona confimed that for the next 12 issues, Dragon will run a coincidental Age of Worms companion piece focussing on player resources, maps and other cool and groovy add-ons which tracks the unfolding Adventure Path in Dungeon.

As a result, I am going to subscribe to Dragon. A magazine that - but for such a feature - I would not regularly purchase.
