I switched to Pathfinder, but declined to start a month-to-month subscription immediately. I'll check out the first year of Pathfinder, and then make a decision.

As I've been buying Dragon since #58, and Dungeon since #82, the back issue option wasn't too attractive to me.

I opted for Pathfinder, both to give it a try, and to support Paizo.

I opted for Pathfinder, my current subs gave me sufficient to cover a full year of pathfinders. I will reevaluate after the first series (6 months worth) concludes. If I don't like it I can always cancel my subscription for a cash refund at that point.

After my subscription is up I will probably buy only the issues I like if the price is still $20 a month... because that is pretty steep price for me to pay.

I went with Pathfinder because it's only going to cost me about $10 an issue. When that deal runs out, I will not continue to subscribe. I have no intention of paying $20 or even $15 per issue of Pathfinder. It's too expensive, the product doesn't really appeal to me, and frankly, I don't get a warm fuzzy feeling for supporting Paizo. I'm not a fan of some of their business practices.

As my first subscription of one of the mags ever just reaches til Dungeon #150, it's a no-brainer.

The international rates for Pathfinder are way to high for me to consider to subscribe before even seeing it.

Pathfinder all the way, baby (I was a subscriber to both Dragon and Dungeon for several years prior to that). I have also started spending my gaming dollars on Paizo's GameMastery line, rather than on WotC products. I still buy the odd WotC item, but they're in the minority now by far. I don't agree with WotC's recent moves in this regard and rather than get all ranty online, I figure I'll let my money do the talking. Paizo have shown me an incredible level of decency and customer support recently, so they get my readies now :).
