I went with pathfinder.

However, unless it is incredibly remarkable and breathtaking I wont be subscribing to it beyond where my left over magazine subscription goes. The price is pretty steep for something that looks to be next to unusable for me.

I also went with Pathfinder. I'm gonna get the first 6 issues and then call it quits. I can't swing $20 per month for very long. My annual gaming budget is around 60 bucks. Most of which went for the Dragon Subscription.

Store Credit. I'm probably going to pick up the Downer, OOtS villains, and Zogonia compilations. But I'm also likely to pick up the first Pathfinder independently, to check it out.

I went with Pathfinder. I figure I'll stick around for the first 6 "issues" and reevaluate after that. If 4th edition is indeed anounced at Gen Con and third party publishers are allowed to write supplements for it then I'll continue with the subscription. If not I think Paizo will have bigger problems than my $20.

My Dungeon/Dragon sub transition got me 6 issues of Pathfinder, so I'll get one whole adventure path in before I have to start paying for a Pathfinder Sub.

I had let my sub to Dungeon lapse during the year that Savage Tide has been in serial publication. Anticipating an end to the STAP, I went to reup Dungeon in April--one day too late. :\ Paizo had just put out the announcement that they were cancelling Dungeon as of September this year and they already were not taking subs at that point.

I initially calculated that $17 (shipping inclusive) would be too expensive for me to subscribe to Pathfinder, but I tweaked an expenditure or two to make room. I now have a month-to-month sub to Pathfinder and am excited about it. Like a few of you, however, my budget isn't expansive enough to carry on indefinitely; I hope to give Pathfinder a year or so and then re-evaluate gaming expenses.
