I find it completely unstable on my note 4. I open the app. it checks for updates. I open any issue. flip to an article. start scrolling down, and then every single time for every single article it locks up and crashes and asks me to send a report to google.

frustrating :(

I have precisely the same problem on my Note 4. I have yet to be able to read an issue.

I have the same problem, but not as extreme, it only does that like 2rds of the time for me, so I was about to still read it.

Does Dragon+ support actually downloading the adventure or printing the adventure from iOS?

I can finally read the adventure (the link started working today), but I cannot do anything with it. I don't see myself running the adventure from within Dragon+.

I'd like to see some of these articles, but I'm not sure I like the new permissions the app is asking for. I'm still not sure why they aren't allowing us to download this content without an app. I'm pretty pleased with WotC's current 5e strategy, but this sort of seems like they are using the app as a way to mine our personal info for some reason. I doubt it is nefarious, but still, it's there.

The app is there to promote D&D products and do market research by mining personal's info. Remember, if it is free you are the product.

Adding the adventure, which was already made and paid for, just makes sure more people will download it.

Very nice issue of Dragon+, I definitely recommend a look, especially if you're interested in Out of the Abyss or the Sword Coast Adventurers Guide.

The SCAG article gives info on what parts of the Realms will be mapped out in the book and even gives you a little preview of what the maps will look like... WotC's new approach to the maps is that they will be made to look like maps found in the Realms by adventurers as opposed to "game" maps for DMs. An overview of the Realms will also be given along with an update on what the current state of affairs is in the Realms post-sundering... and what sounds like a good amount of new character options too.

This was my response to people that wanted more "useful" articles from Dragon+. How exactly is an article in an app in any way useful at the game table?

For everyone complaining about getting it on your computer and printing it out - calm down. They said they're looking to do that. It's not ready yet. It's coming. They heard you. In the mean time, if you really must have it that way, there are various kloogey ways to get it to happen if you research it (nothing illegal, just takes a bunch of steps and third party programs to convert it).
