There was a sequel to Dragonheart called A New Beginning.

There is also a sequel to the D&D movie called Wrath of the Dragon God.

The D&D cartoon featured Tiamat a lot.

Does Godzilla count? Or at least Ghidra?

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone had a dragon in it, IIRC.

Spirited Away also had dragons.

H.R. Pufnstuf was a dragon.
