Who’s your vote for the next James Bond?

By The Spy Who Loved Me, just two movies later, he's visibly showing his age. He's 49 and there's just 4 years between them. I think he looks considerably older than me, and I'm 51 this year. But then I might be biased!
I think people in the 20th century generally aged faster, so you're probably not wrong.

Also, how do you feel about committing to three movies as Bond?

I don't think you are biased, Moore seemed to age very rapidly (and yeah he does look surprisingly young in Live and Let Die), like a lot of people did back then. By the last movie he's in "A View To A Kill" (with two very fun performances) he looks older at 58 than my dad does at 76 (or the same age maybe).

Definitely - it's easy to see looking at people today, and I mean people in our lives (not celebs with fancy surgery etc.) and looking at photographs and film (and our own memories) of people. I guess ubiquitous cigarettes, little fear of the sun, hard drinking, worse medicine, more and nastier toxins in everything - for the most part - and worse skin care I think all combined to really make aging look more severe.
