Legend
I believe it goes to level 10, IIRC. I could be wrong though.Does the adventure list level limit at all?

I mean (in 2e atleast) part of the world lore was no character could go above 17th or 18th level (I can't remember exactly but lower then 20)I believ it goes to level 10, IIRC/ I could be wrong though.

Do no tell the AI this!i want to throw a robot wind up chicken that poops out acid filled eggs when pecking at someone... someone get me stats please....
It's a CR 19 monster in a 5e product. It doesn't matter where it comes from.Since the adventure doesn't go up to anything close to level 19, it's not a relevant question.
And it's pretty much impossible to tell what a level 19 party will be capable of, designing an "avarage encounter" for one is pretty much impossible, like designing an avarage encounter for the JLA. Either you neutralise their superpowers or it's a walk in the park.
For you, the play is where the majority of fun happens. Setting and plot are more important to me than gameplay. The play is where the majority of the fun happens. That's more important than the story that happens behind them. If a video game has a really great plot, but terrible mechanics, I'm not going to have fun playing that video game.
Both would be preferable, yes.A well-designed encounter will support the narrative AND be tactically fun.
It's a creature designed to fill a specific role in a specific adventure. It's a CR 19 monster in a 5e product. It doesn't matter where it comes from.
