Dragonwrought Kobold = Awesome Psion?

The objetive must be Flat-Footed to add my Dex to dmg .

Anyway it's a good variant for a rogue , cause it stacks with strenght dmg.

Still looking for combat mode for my Kobold DwK!
Mithrall armor will be , cause i need Light Armor or nothing.

Still no clue of what weapon i'll use.
It's a 7lvl Character.

And still don't know what 1st lvl spell i will choose for my spell-like ability.

By 7th level you will have enough PP to get through almost all days if you use it sparingly (do NOT get the damage spells that cost one PP per d6 damage, they're a rip off and will burn though your daily pool very quickly!) and being able to take pot shots with a crossbow or bow with +dex to damage can sustain you on other rounds.

I strongly recommend doing only 1 level in hit and run fighter, doing psion for the rest, and not trying to make a str-based...anything with your build.

What are the restrictions on your spell-like ability? From the sorcerer/wizard spell list? How many times/day, is the CL 1, equal to your hit dice, or something else?

No restrictions for the Spell.
It must be 1st lvl only.
I asume that my CL will be 1, and will not improve with other lvls, dragon rite only gives 1 spell from sorcerer list, to be a spell like ability, once per day

CL 1 and only 1/day... I'd probably just go with Nerveskitter (Spell Compendium). Immediate action for +5 on an initiative roll.

True Strike is ok, too.

Just going on a hunch here... so bear with me, pls.
You want to take fighter dip to get light armor proficiency? Why not go twilight mithral chain shirt? Yes, you are not proficient with it, but, that armor has 0 ACP and 0 ASF, so you loose nothing. And it is lighter than breastplate and only 1 AC behind breastplate. Cheaper too.
Now, I would strongly suggest you go Psion 7. But if you really want to dip into something, go sorcerer. It is every kobold dream class. Now, what would you get out of it?
First, you add Loredrake template. Now you are lvl 1 character AND lvl 3 sorcerer. Then you go 5 levels of psion. On 6th level, you get Draconic reservoir feat. Do the greater ritual at lvl 6. Now you should be lvl 4 sorcerer, and 5th level psion. On level 6.
Now, what you get is 1 2nd level spell known, which you can cast 3/day (4 if you have CHA 14). The fun thing is if you get 1 more level of sorcerer (and you were going to dip two levels of fighter anyway), you get second 2nd level spell. Strong spell options are Wings of cover and Alter self (shadow wyrmling gives flight speed 120, and Nat AC 7 IIRC).
And you wear chain shirt without penalties.
As for spear, as already pointed out, it is a very bad idea... you should be dumping STR anyway, and spear would be very weak. Grab instead a light crossbow. Who needs reach when you have range? Same damage, and DEX based which should fit you better. And don't worry about iterative attacks. By the time you get 2nd attack, you will be little mean killing machine using your psion awesomeness. Or should I say koboldness ^^

Sweet reply buddy.

So no spear, and use ranged for making trouble when im without PP.
That's ok, unleast i go for methamorphic transfer and get that ridiculous monster from the Tome of Magic the Deadly dancer, once im surrounded.

So crossbow, why not a Short Bow? Never used a crossbow before, and don't want to be spending move actions to reload it :/

So there's no way that getting those 2 racial subtitution lvls for Fighter Kobolds work out ? I kinda like the +2 to Con :/ i can make it better, take one lvl of Common fighter, to get that Extra Feat, and then go for the 2nd Kobold Fighter.

I'll get an extra feat, some more Fort Save, and +2 Con with +2 to BAB

+2 CON is great, but not essential. If you want to get CON to 14, play desert kobold variant which loses 2 WIS (which is dump stat anyway and gets those 3 points from DWK) instead of CON, and you are there. If you do go sorcerer route, you will get those will saves back. Are you playing 32 point buy? 28? Or do you have rolled abilities? A lot depends on that. Basically, if party does what it should, those 20 hit points you would get from 2 CON @ lvl 20 won't play much difference... and you WILL have powers/spells to stay out of harm. Wings of Cover (if sorc) is awesome for that.
Short bow is martial weapon, and if you dont go fighter (or some other martial class) dip, you will have huge penalties. Crossbow is simple weapon, and a given. On low levels, you won't have anything important to spend your move actions on, and later, any weapon will be too weak compared to powers/spells.

Ofc im going with Desert Kobold. But still want that +2 Con.

Anyway you are kiinda convencing me not to take some Fighter lvls.
Still, i'll need my move action to get my Psionic Focus back..

So full psion 7 it's okay for my first time with this, i'll see how it works.

Any other sugestions??

About Psycrystals? im kinda lost in that

To be honest, I am not that knowledgeable on psionics. But the thing I know is: losing manifester levels is a bad thing. Very bad thing. So, psion 7 is your best bet.
I can't really help you with psy crystals as I myself don't know much about them.
All that said, you seem to want to play a martial character with psy thrown in. Why not dump the whole DWK psion idea (DWK is uber cheese anyway) and go Psy warrior? Or maybe Monk(tashalatora)/psy warrior? Pick up kalashtar or warforged (if eberron) or goliath, catfolk, other (human even) and rain doom upon your enemies. That way you will fight as well as throw psy powers around. With weapons or your own fists/feet.
Just a suggestion.
