Drider statue (Warning: Bare-breasted artwork!)

I saw this piece is a windows downtown the other day, and it's amazing. I'm sure the artist didn't intend it to have anything to do with D&D, but it sure looks like a female drider to me!.

Anyways, I just had to share.

It's life-sized. I haven't been able to find a website for the gallery--which, incidentally, is Sky People Gallery/Dirt in downtown Asheville. I wask past it every day on my way to work, so I'll see if I can pick up a card and provide more info about the art/gallery/artist.

Wow, I'm a DnD geek. I looked at that whole statue, every photo. My reaction was "Cool, I'm going to house rule that Driders have hands instead of claws".

Then again, I live in a place where topless people are no big deal, so maybe I'm different from some other people.
