This has ONLY happened when I bought stuff from RPGNow. (Well a few other sites too but it happened when after I changed cards AND used RPGNow. I don't believe in coincide do you?)

It's possible. I haven't run a virus scan...since I'm too cheap to buy one. But I've run a number of regist checks. So far everything appears normal.
