You will find players often have desires to have things both ways, guaranteed to stay on until they want it off and then expect it to be free to remove :\ .wedgeski said:As would I, and in fact this is how we do it in my game. move equivalent to remove a backpack IF the character has 2 free hands or is willing to cut the straps with blade in hand or a DC 20 escape artist check.
Standard action to remove with one hand or a DC 15 escape artist check.
Full Round action DC 10 escape artist check to remove with no hands free.
