Drow Poison

Hmm. Drow Poison in 3.5 MM is listed as DC 13.

City of the Spider Queen lists it as DC 17.

Do you think this is module specific, or was the 3.0 DC 17, and they updated it in 3.5 to 13?

Just trying to figure out if I've been making it too easy for my players.

The 3.0 SRD lists drow poison as having a DC of 17.

Interesting. Guess they thought a CR 1 Drow Warrior carrying around DC 17 poison was too much. Problem is I'm using CR 10+ drow, and their sleep poison is now an after thought at DC 13 as opposed to part of their tactic with a DC 17.

Indeed, making their poison 20% less deadly would somewhat render it almost useless at higher levels.
