Druid's Beast Form Powers

Quick rules question; Am I reading this wrong/missing something, or can druids use their beast form powers at any time? I know when if beast form, you can only use powers with the Beast Form keyword(s), but does it say anywhere you can't use those powers normally?

An effect type. A character can use a beast form power only while in beast form. Only certain characters can assume a beast form.
