Druid's Wildshape: Stoppable?

Does a druid's wildshape ability require a Conc Check if, say, the druid has been grappled by five soldiers trying to arrest him? I know it is considered a supernatural ability and that it does not create an attack of opportunity. Would the soldiers just suddenly find themselves wrestling a bear, or would the druid have a harder time shifting in such a situation? Also, is wildshaping impeded by an antimagic field (so do supernatural effects count as "magic"). What else can keep a druid from wildshaping?

This is probably all answered very clearly somewhere in the Players Guide, but I don't know.

Thanks

From the SRD: "No supernatural ability, spell-like ability, or spell works
in an area of antimagic (but extraordinary abilities still work)."

There's a reason Druid's don't like fighting beholders ;)

Indeed, two years ago WotC had their Gamestoppers column on the website that included a beholder's antimagic cone on Vadania. Her wildshape is suppressed. (Click here for that Gamestopper article)

Other than anti-magic, I am not too sure what can officially prevent a Druid Wildshape.

No

The former

Yes

What else can keep a druid from wildshaping?

Cutting his head off works well, in my experience ;)

As a Supernatural Ability, Dispel Magic doesn't do anything. Likewise, there are no concentration checks needed, nor does the Druid provoke an AoO.

Anti-magic is one way. The other way is to have a strong confining space; that will keep the Druid from turning into a larger form.

Yeah, I used to think it was dispellable too, thanks to the table in the DMG that says what types of abilities are dispellable being plain wrong.

The supernatural entry says it can't be dispelled with dispel magic specifically. I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to allow Break Enchantment or Greater Dispel Magic to remove it since they can remove effects which can't be removed by dispel magic.

Considering that the notation specifically mentioning the Dispel Magic spell is not present for the other ability types I think it's a possible allowance.
(Extraordinary just says can't be dispelled.)
