Dueling Style PrCs?

OK, a while back there was a thread with Dueling PrCs that represented the dueling styles of different city-states. Could somebody do me a favor, if they've still got the thread, could you repost it? Or whoever posted up the original PrCs, couldja repost em? I had them saved on my hard drive, but then it crashed.

OK, anybody know where I can get the rest of them? I remember that there were a bunch more on that thread that were connected to various schools and city-states, and they were all very cool; I'm genning up a duelist character for one of my players and I was going to suggest one of the PrCs.

And while we're at it, how about the Travellers of the Silk Road (based on the weaponmasters from Wheel of Time; you know, they had such things as "Crane Standing on One Leg" and "Sheathing the Sword" maneuvers; basically, a bunch of maneuvers that gave minor benefits, along with minor penalties).

They were in this forum (House Rules), though what incarnation of the boards I don't know.

Wow, I looked thru those things...there are some hideously strong virtual feats in there.


The waterborne city teaches a style that grants you your base Reflex save to your AC as a competence bonus? OMG, that will, like START at +4, and hit +14 at level 20...that blows away any stat-based AC trick.

And then there's the feat which allows you to Feint as a Free Action, totally skipping Improved Feint which allows it as a MA.

Lots of Parrying feats.

Many are weapon dependent, making the styles unusually susceptible to Sunder Attacks.

Not sure I like the idea of being able to combine Iterative attacks into One (+14/+9 becomes a +23). Even the Lion feat from OA which does this only gives you a +5 bonus per attack sacrificed.


Lots of flavor there, of course, and obvious thought put into it...yet it's also got some control issues. That base reflex save to AC and the Free Feint have got to go
