Sadly there are a few typos here and there, and I forgot to put in:

Bunny Hop (Ex): With its powerful legs the tarrasque bunny is able to make quick leaps which give it an effective reach of 10'. The tarrasque bunny ends up in the same square as the creature that it hit.

The wording is odd, but it allows for cleave and it simulates what happened in the movie almost perfectly!

It is unfortunate indeed, but the str being that low is part of the charm

I suppose he would need a special set of monstrous feats that work exactly the same but have different prereqs, perhaps a high dex and/or a high BAB.

Well, like I suggested above, just tag them with a (B).

"Sometimes a creature has one or more bonus feats, marked with a superscript B (B). Creatures often do not have the prerequisites for a bonus feat. If this is so, the creature can still use the feat."

No

I think he should have Weapon Finesse, Elusive Target, and Karmic Strike (With that Dex, Karmic Strike will be fantastic )

(Oh, Awesome Blow needs a (B) as well... he doesn't have 25 Str, and he isn't Large... And then there's Improved Bull Rush...)

You pretty much need to just give him a special quality with the effect "For purposes of qualifying for feats, the bunny is considered to have a Str of 25".

well, I did give him a weight of 1 ton that has to count for something!

the densest meat around! feed your whole village with a single monster! he regrows before your vary eyes! Try not to let him put his head back on though, he bites.

Just advance it one HD. Apparently it jumps from Diminutive to Colossal, giving it +42 Str. That would be cool watching it though. The tiny bunny claims another victim and suddenly, *wham*, the thing grows to many times its normal size, though make sure that happens outside and not in a small 10'x10' room...
