Dumb-ass question of the day: is there a dire rabbit anywhere?

Obviously you shouldnt make him angry, nor feed it, nor cast any spells on it that grant it a bonus hd ;)

Edit: I do love alternate ways to kill things though (or, along the same line, creative ways of overcoming challenges). Finding a way to make overcome this challenge by taking advantage of that line would be simply incredible!

Wait, isn't is never get it wet, never feed it after midnight, and keep it out of direct sunlight?

It's official, my PCs now hate me. "A WHAT bunny?" It kept chewing on them for one point a round, every round. If they told it a secret it coughed up treasure.

I must be in a strange mood. Despite the fact that this is the sort of game I usually dislike, we all had fun -- it was a nice change from the tough moral decisions / grim and nasty games we've had recently.

Good thing 3rd edition took away the sharpness ability then ;) otherwise those single points of damage which occasionally cut off arms and legs would've been even more annoying..lol
