Dungeon Magazine #113 Is In

Uh oh, you mean the Khorvaire map is that blank version again? (same as the downloadable file from wizards website?) The one without all the words & labels for the cities, roads/rail-lines, territory/location names, etc?? :(
Sorry to have given that impression. No, the map isn't blank. The Demon Wastes, Shadow Marches, Droaam, Eldeen Reaches, Breland, Eldern Bay, Aundair, Thrane, Zilargo,, Mournland, Darguun, Karrnath, Talenta Planes, Valenar, Kraken Bay, Mror Holds, O'Barra and Lhazaar Principalities are all labelled.

But no complete overview of the lightning railways? So that you would see for the first time on one glance how the lines connect across national borders?
:(

I'm sure this has been announced elsewhere, but what exactly is the fate of teh Living Greyhawk Journal with Polyhedron's demise?

Thanks, Curt, for the scoop :)

Can you give us any more information on Foundation of Flame. For instance, any idea on what "all hell breaks loose in the city of Cauldron" might entail...
Thanks in advance.

Well it looks like it's another issue that's going to go straight from the mailbox directly to the bookshelf. 2 months in a row of material I have no interest in.

*sigh*

At least issue 114 sounds promising.

What makes it not interesting, and what makes the next one interesting to you?

Well, I'm interested in the magazine just for the Eberron adventure and the
adventure path adventure.

I could live with a map with no roads/lightning rails markings... But a map with no cities on it? What a royal screw up... That's why I use these maps... I can pull them out, point out a dot to my players and say... you are here.

It's a shame to have to take a pen to the thing...

Well, I guess WotC can at least make some money off an Eberron atlas...

Dungeon #114 starts the new format.
Mad God's Key is for Living Greyhawk, 1st level
Torrents of Dread is set on the Isle of Dread, for 6th level characters.
Thirteen Cages is a Shackled City Adventure Path scenario for 16th level characters.
Backdrop: The Isle of Dread includes a poster map and new monsters.

Plus Monte Cook's "Dungeoncraft," Wil Wheaton's "Wil Save," and the Campaign Workbook.

Yay I'm looking forward to this issue already. Two articles on the Isle of Dread?? I love that module (and Mystara in general). Plus Greyhawk and Shackled City also, a definite must buy. Can't wait to set my players loose on that dinosaur infested island, the last campaign I ran that featured there had the Empire of Thyatis pay the PC's to bring back dino eggs as they wished to breed them and create a land-based counterpart to the Retebius Air Fleet (a group of knights who ride flying monsters). Emperor Eusebius thought that a cavalry unit comprised of knights on Raptors and Triceratops would be a pretty nasty deterent.
