Dungeon subscription problems again (still)

OK, are any of you antipodeans, like me, still waiting on your Dungeon magazine subscription to be filled on a regular basis. I subscribed direct to Paizo in April 2003, and have received two (purportedly) monthly issues so far, Issues #100 and #101. I've sent e-mails to Paizo's customer service asking what's going on, from the extremely polite first one to the most recent pointed (but not rude) one, and haven't had any response. I'm getting a little peeved, to say the least; it's not like a subscription to Dungeon is particularly cheap in Australia, and at around AU$15 per magazine, I expect prompt, efficient delivery. Anyone else having a similar problem, and if you've solved it, how?

Cheers, Al'Kelhar

While I'm not an antipodean, I have had similar problems. I had better luck mailing people directly who replied to my mail or whose emails I saw here rather than just the customer service emails.

The specific people I know of are wade@paizo.com and jeff.alvarez@paizo.com

I just got a US priority mail package with Dragon 311, 312 and Dungeon 102, 103, and 104. I appreciate it but I'd rather get them on time.

Heck,

Paizo did not honor my subscriptions when they switched from WOTC to Paizo. I still had several issues to go in each and they just never came.

Is it any wonder why I do not resubscribe. They should have gotten competent magazine-experienced people to run the zines.

Wait, you mean that Dungeon is still being put out? I am missing the last 3 of my year subscription.... maybe I should start to moan about it now, I perfer Dragon anyway.
