Shara smiles brightly as she steps out of the quiet street and into the jovial atmosphere of the Flask and Scroll. Though she wasn't a heavy drinker, she had always loved taverns. Her desire to protect life stemmed from her love of it, and taverns always teemed with life--plans being made, romances beginning and ending, dreams being dreamed and friends made and lost. These places were practically alive in their own right.
She orders a pitcher of wine for the table, and then settles in to enjoy both the bard's performance and the lively atmosphere. After years of solitude in the desert, she had never been so delighted by the simple pleasures of such a place. She was glad for the rooms above, because she knew she'd want to stay here, happy to fall asleep to the sounds of life happening below.
