I am working on adding some kind of level advancement for my Gamma World 2e game and i suddenly remembered E6, so for 5000xp the pcs can gain feats that were previously unavailable. One mutant in the party has the ability to planar travel and we may end up in some fantasy type worlds, how much experience should spells cost? I'm thinking about making them buy ranks in spells for level benefits.
