Easy Question regarding Two-Weapon Fighting

I apologize for such a basic question, but alas I do not have the PHB in front of me and need the answer quickly. How far can an elven ranger in light armor, fighting with two weapons move in a round? If he takes two attacks must that be a full attack action or is it considered just one standard action? Thus can he only move a 5 ft step or 30 ft when he attacks with two weapons? Thanks in advance.

1> One hundred twenty feet, at the maximum, unless he has the "run" feat.

2> Full attack action.

3> Five feet when using both attacks.

Barring Haste, if you make more than 1 attack in a round, whatever the reason, you have to take a full-round action, and thus, can only move 5' during said round.
