Eberron Skycoach - What is it worth ?

KB9JMQ

First Post
My party recently defeated a foe who had swept in on an air taxi in Sharn to attack them.
Well now they would like to possibly sell it but I cannot find anything to guage its value.
This would be a small transport (dozen passenger kind) that can go from point a to point b in a city but would not be used to leave Sharn.

Dunno. We lost control of ours after the driver was killed, and we had to jump out and let it crash. :(

The prices aren't listed? Weird.

Compare it to a Rug of Flying, DMG.

It would depend on where the DM's getting it from. For example, there's no "Air Taxi" item listed anywhere. Considering no stats or anything are given in any of the sourcebooks (to my knowledge), then the DM in the above-mentioned campaign must have made it up himself- and thus the burden of price rests on him. The closest that any published work has come up with is the Lifts from Sharn: City of Towers, but those only go along their pre-designed tracks, and couldn't be used in the manner above (nor could they be stolen, since there's nowhere you could take it). And if that were the case, it would belong to whatever organization in Sharn owns it (that is, probably House Orien). So there wouldn't be any selling involved.

In short, I think there was an error made somewhere.

SCoT shows a picture of one on one of the pages. (Heck it is the third or fourth page)
Lifts and bridges are not the only way up and down in the city.
The small transport ships are mentioned several times but never a value on one.
Ok, just looked it up it is called a Skycoach. Page 24 of SCoT under Transportation.
It mentions they range from small rowboat sized coaches to large longship scale transports which dart around the city.
