Every so often there is an Eberron thread on this board. Usually that thread races up over a thousand views pretty quickly.

I am curious where the actual numbers stand for EN World readers on this setting. Personally I am all in favor of it as are the people I talk to, but polls are fun to review.

I'll see what it looks like when it hits shelves......sounds pretty okay so far, but a FR-Style "Feat +1" or something could turn me off quick.

I can see that. The regional reats were okay back when they were round about the same as normal feats, but the new ones are just over the top.

Full color setting right off the bad with different races, feats and classes? Sounds like a winner to me. (Still reading Dawnforge though so that may be my next campaign!)

It was going to be my next setting until I discovered Conan by Mongoose - which I love. I'll now be picking it up out of interest.

Well, I can't very well fault you there. Conan is a staple and Mongoose did a pretty nice job of it from what I have seen.

Hi from Switzerland.
Heh... yeah. Maybe "Neutral as a Rilmani" or something would have been more appropriate?

Flavor-wise, so far it seems to be a bit of a hodge-podge -- much like FR, which I've played in and run for years. Mechanics-wise I've seen some really interesting stuff -- the magewright NPC class seems a very sensible inclusion in a highly-magical world; I like the other classes and races they've previewed as well. It seems like they're really trying to make sure there's something special for nearly everyone.

So... I'm interested and will probably pick it up.

I'll give it a look, but I can't say I'm all eagerly anticipating it. If anything, it can be a source for ideas to add to my Forgotten Realms campaign.
