It is clearly stated in the PHB that is your character's Constitution score drops then your character's hitpoints drop with it.
When you character ages he / she loses constitution. My question is: does the character retroactively lose hitpoints gained trough previous level up's because of this constitution drop?
Example: a wizard has a constitution score of 10 at level 20, without any of the aging penalties. When the aging penalties are applied that score is 4. A minus -3 on any future HP rolls. That's clear enough. But, does that -3 penalty apply to all the previous HP rolls that the character has done in his youth?
In effect: can a wizard with a constitution score of 4 have more than 20 hp (the minimum) at level 20 even though his constitution score was 10 when he started out as a level 1 wizard?
