That's the message I got also. Is there anybody we can talk to about this? I sent a message to customer service yesterday fairly early in the afternoon, and even till this morning I have received nothing as far as a looksie by them or even an email message saying they are looking into it.

I'm just wondering if someone who is a moderator here would know of anything else we can do or possibly look into what our options are.

Should I hope that the transaction didn't go through and try again? I'd hate to get double charged, but some word from the store would be nice.

I can't speak for RPGNow (hopefully they'll address it or respond to you!), but isn't that how it's supposed to work? My credit cards have always insisted that the billing address and address given match, wherever I use them onlline.
