Was working on that as part of the City Guard in the Government thread.

Feel free to help I just posted my second draft on the town military and the Rangers are still not all that well fleshed out. They seem to be expanding into a broader role than that of the general military.

I also have no real clue how the official military would interact with a Guild of Guards, I assume that the Guild would be for all guards, official and private and also for mercenaries in the town. Lady Kelvin seems like the type that might frown on her personal elite guard having secondary loyalties to a organization or person not her.
