Morrus what does Oct 5th represent? Is that when the kickstarter finishes, is that when the PDF goes live, etc.


The table above, assuming its solidly thought it, may be one of those super gems that DMs use all the times. I am curious what constitutes an "encounter level". Is 2 CR 10s an encounter 20, or is it you have to add up the XP, etc.

oooo.... Looks like that goes up to CR 66 in the part we can see. Is that a cumulative thing like 4-5 cr16-17s, via template stacking, or something else?

Something I've noticed, especially with this table and the Monster previews is that Level Up seems comfortable just throwing pages at stuff. I feel like this should help a LOT for people coming from 5e. Thoroughness like this table makes things super easy to follow and clear, and monster entries have so much fluff and crunch to them. Definitely feels expanded but not necessarily daunting.

Well it says max. monster CR is 30 so it must be some type of stacking.
