Enlarge & reach weapons

Hi all...

Let suppose a medium sized human is weilding a weapon with a 10ft. reach. The Human is than Enlarged (1st level enalrge person spell), which gives him a
natural reach of 10 feet.
and...
All equipment worn or carried by a creature is similarly enlarged by the spell.
Does this double the reach or the weapon? ie. a large reach weapon could threaten out to 20ft.?

And do both of these "reaches" stack? Does the large character, with a natural reach of 10ft. add the doubled reach of the enlarged reach weapon ;) to get a TOTAL reach of 30ft.?

From the SRD:

A typical Large character wielding a reach weapon of the appropriate size can attack a creature 15 or 20 feet away, but not adjacent creatures or creatures up to 10 feet away.

Reach weapons don't add on extra reach, they double your natural reach. So an enlarged person with a reach weapon has 20 ft. reach.

Okay. So at what distance can an enlarged spiked chain wielding monk (now size large) attack with the chain?

Is it only 15ft and 20ft? Or because of the peculiarity of spiked chains they can attack creatures at 5ft, 10ft, 15ft, and 20ft?

To get it straight: a reach wepon enables you to attack anyone up to your natural reach away, but you can't attack anyone within your natural reach.

Normally, 5 ft (1 square) becomes 6-10 (2 squares).
With large, 10 ft (1-2 squares) becomes 16-20 (3-4 squares)
15 (1-3 squares) becomes 16-30 (4-6)
and so on.
