Getting a booth might be too much to swing for (I imagine they're expensive, and no matter how much goodwill ENworld has, I doubt you'd get publishers to even collaboratively spring for our own booth). However, depending on the physical layout of the space in Indianapolis, there might be some meeting rooms available that we could commandeer. Having set up computers at McCormick Place here in Chicago for my company, I know that fair organizers can be persuaded to contribute space for the press; and since we have a bit of an "in" with GenCon's organizers, an arrangement might perhaps be made for a complementary space not directly on the show floor?
In any case, I'll be happy to volunteer to organize or man the booth when the time comes.
