I don't know. I thought he was asking if Simon Collins was on the list. I'm assuming Simon uses a screen name other than his real name, so I thought the question was "which one is Simon, or is he even on there?"

But I'm probably wrong...

The real issue is that Sir Edgar would know if Simon Collins was in the running for a "judgeship" if he read the candidate thread he was supposed to.

It's interesting that of all the likely judges for this year ( leaders in the poll )Teflon Billy has the least post count at 830...

Looks like I'm gonna have to get busy if I want to be considered for next year. Incumbent status looks almost impossible to overcome.

I'm sure they will all do a great job though.

My only motivation for entering the running was to be of some help to the process. If there will still be any way for me to be of assistance, please let me know.

Personally I'd like to see some new/renaming of categories... which we can discuss later.

You still have time for a rally, Mr. Greathouse! Time for some shameless self promotion! Only 300 people of about 9000 registered users have voted so far... (!!!!) I think more people voted in the "Who is the hotest female iconic?" poll than this one!

Or you could run a smear campign! Point out to the undecided masses the posts of the top candidates where they disparage publishers showing that they cannot be impartial!

Or you could do some sluething, and uncover the truth behind the great Gnome scandal. If you can pull that off, all will adore you and lift you upon their shoulders...

If all else fails, we can "lobby" our choices to the judges. Own any Big Oil, Tobacco or chemical stock? Or a soft copy file of the advance 3.5 rules perhaps?
