Epic Feat Question Revisited

Thatnks to the link provided by the last responder to my question, thanks, I have found 3 feats that together seem very very potent. Yes they are epic but check this out.

Exceptional deflection: Deflect spells that use range touch attacks as if they were arrows

Infinite Deflection: There is no limit to the number of deflections in a round

Reflect Arrows: Attacks are reflected back at the caster.

So with these feats ay range attack made against this character would be returning upon the attacker, right?

For an Epic feat chain, I think that's fine. For the same amount of feats, a person could get DR of 9/- if I'm not mistaken, so that seems fine with me.
