IT'S FUNNY CAUSE IT'S TRUE!

This book is being met with more derision than enthusiasm. Like a Star Wars prequel, I am keeping my expectations low in hopes of being pleasantly surprised.

Lazybones, these two are especially great!

CLEAVE TOWN (fighter)
Prereqs: Cleave, Great Cleave, Weapon Specialization, BAB +21, Epic Level
With a full-attack action and a melee weapon, this feat allows you to cleave a town equal in rating to your Epic Level (so a fighter with one epic level can cleave a hamlet, two levels can cleave a village, etc.). At least one of the buildings of the town must be within your Reach at the beginning of your action to begin the cleave.

EPIC POWER ATTACK (fighter)
Prereqs: Power Attack, BAB +21, Epic Level
By reducing your attack roll by your full BAB, you put all of your skill and might into a single powerful swing. If you hit, you not only kill your target, but all his/her living relatives.
 

EPIC TRUE STRIKE
prereq: epic level, point blank
benefit: yes

EPIC point blank
prereq: epic level, point blank
benefit: when within 30 miles, you can make a ranged attack that deals sneak attack and all modifiers (str, dex, con, int, wis, cha). If you hit, the person and a guy he owes money to is blown out of existence.

EPIC MODIFIERS
prereq: epic level, must be taken at lvl 1,
benefit: at level 21, all youir mods are turned to positive mods. A character with a -4 cha will instantaeously gain a +4 cha (effectively making his cha 18). The most benefit comes to the weakest and stupidest characters- but those rarely survive long enough to make use of this feat.

EPIC Swordmanship
prereq: proficiency with all swords (simple, martial, and exotic)
benefit: You multiply the swords damage dice by your str mod (so a char with a +5 str mod and a longsword will do 5d8 in damage)

EPIC damage
prereq: proficiency with a sword, weapon focus, weapon spec, impr crit, epic level
benefit: you add your BAB to the damage on a sword. Multiply accordingly in a crit.

EPIC Crit
prereq: epic level
benefit: you critically threat everytime- roll to confirm (i think that was in the epic book tho... d'oh)

EPIC tumble
prereq: epic level 100 ranks in tumble
benefit: you can tumble through, over, and around anything. you can tumble around an object (or char) for 100 ft+5 ft for every number above 100 as a free action.

EPIC leadership
prereq: epic level, leadership
benefit: when calling a cohort, you can designate a type of person, or class or characetr type, and every individual that fits the descriptuion becomes your cohort.

My personal favorite is the call cohort- Bumbs. Nobody can withstand a legion of bumbs...

EPIC STRENGTH
Prereq: Strength 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic level you have to your Strength Modifier. In addition, your lifitng capacity is increased by the square of your number of epic levels. For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain a +5 to your Strength bonus and x25 lifting capacity.

EPIC AGILITY
Prereq: Dexterity 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic levels you have to your Dexterity Modifier. In addition, your speed is increased by 5 ft. per epic level. For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain +5 to your Dexterity bonus and +25 ft. movement.

EPIC CONSTITUTION
Prereq: Constitution 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic levels you have to your Constitution Modifier. In addition, your gain an additional 1d8 HP per epic level. For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain +5 to your Constitution bonus and +5d8 HP.

EPIC INTELLIGENCE
Prereq: Intelligence 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic levels you have to your Intelligence Modifier. In addition, all skills to which you have no ranks are considered as having 1 rank oper epic level. For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain +5 to your Intelligence bonus and 5 ranks with every skill you do not have any ranks in otherwise.

EPIC WISDOM
Prereq: Wisdom 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic levels you have to your Wisdom Modifier. In addition, all saves are granted a bonus equal to the number of epic levels you have. This means that your Will save is efefctively increased by twice your epic levels! For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain +5 to your Wisdom bonus and +5 to all saves (this results in +10 Will saves).

EPIC CHARISMA
Prereq: Charisma 20+, Epic Level
You may add the number of epic levels you have to your Charisma Modifier. Your force of personality and strength of personal magnatism are such that you can bend reality to meet your wishes! You may cast any arcane spell up to your epic level or less. For example, if you have 5 epic levels, you gain +5 to your Charisma bonus and may cast any 5th level or lower arcane spell at will.

Here's my speculation...

EPIC Improved Bullrush
pre-requisites: epic level, BAB +28

With Epic Improved Bullrush, if attack is successful, the oppoenent is knocked into the middle of next week.

Errata: The "week" in question is a standard seven earth days. the Faerunian "ride" of ten days is not used.

EPIC energy substitution
The PC can substitiute nuclear energy instead of fire, cold, electricity, or sound.

Drink Keg
pre-requisites: Great fortitude, CON 40+.
The PC can polish off one keg of spiritous liquors per round, as a standard action.

Theme Music
pre-requisites: Bard level 1+, the "Bad Mutha'" Feat.
The PC gets his or her own theme music. Music plays during the first round of combat, and continues for a number of rounds equal to the PC's CHA bonus.
 

EPIC PIE SNATCHING
Prerequisites: Improved Unarmed Attack, Lightning Reflexes, Epic level
Benefit: If you encounter any creature holding a pie, for instance and orc in a 10' x 10' room, you may snatch the pie without drawing an Attack of Opportunity. However, if your opponent also has Epic Pie Snatching, he may snatch the pie back on his initiative. Lather, rinse, repeat.
 

Epic Munchkin
Prerequisites: Must be super-powerful, Must be referred to as a Munchkin, must have started character at first level, Epic Level
Benefit: Wow! A Munchkin who survived DM's Rule 0 for over 20 levels, congratulations for living, that is reward enough.
