Epic Feats (humor--not from ELH playtest)

EPIC SWORD FEAT

Since swords are terribly underpowered in comparison to other available weapons, a fighter with epic levels wielding a sword may improve the critical threat range to 10-20 and the critical damage to x6. When fighting opponents armed with any weapon other than a sword, the threat range is increased to 5-20, if a 4 or less is rolled the player may roll again, and the damage is increased to x8. Hopefully this will rectify the sword-imbalance in the game and you will no longer see PCs or NPCs carrying maces, hammers, axes, etc.

feat:
smooth shave
pre-requisite: have something that shave in the hand
can shave one body part as a standard action.

epic smooth shave
pre-requisites: smooth shave, rage, epic level
the caracter can shave any part of is body as a free action

epic Drink Keg
pre-requisites: Great fortitude, CON 40+. Drink keg, rage
The PC can polish off any number of keg of spiritous liquors per round, as a free action. The caracter can't drink more than is weigt multiply by is con modifier in liter or blowup

Grand Intimidate.
Prereqs: +20 to Intimidate.
Beneft: During a successful intimidate check, the recepient must roll a Fortitude and Will save (DC 10+Epic Level+Cha+Smell of character) or become unconcious for 4d8 rounds. Both saves must make it. If one doesn't, then they are reduced to a puddle of urine and jabbering nonsense for 1d6 rounds.
 

EPIC GREAT FORITIUDE
Requirements: 21+ HD, Con 19+, Great Fortitude
Your great endurance allows you to shrug off conditions that would impede a lesser character. Whenever one of the following happens to you, you may make a Fortitude save at the listed DC. If you suceed, the condition does not affect you.

CONDITION DC

  • Character submerged in magma 15
  • Decapitation 18
  • Internal organs removed from body. 20
  • Character inside a 22
    wood chipper.
  • Character crushed under
    900-ton lead block. 24
  • Character reduced to bloody pieces scattered around
    contryside. 28
  • Character within
    nuclear fireball 25
EPIC QUICKEN SPELL
Requirements: Quicken Spell, 21+ HD,
Before starting a session, hand your DM a list of spells. All these spells take effect at the beginning of your first combat.

EPIC RUN
Requirements: Run, 21+ HD.
You get an additional boost to your speed:

I really like the EPIC Great Fortitude, EPIC Cleave Town and EPIC Improved Bull Rush. Good job all around.


EPIC VICTORY
Prerequisites: Any 5 EPIC feats.
Benefit: Upon GM description of the final battle scene from any Adventure and calling for Initiative, the player may declare "Epic Victory". The GM must immediately resolve the battle, without die rolls, to meet the best possible outcome in favor of the Epic PC. Only tragic loves of minor characters or NPCs may die, but these characters must be allowed either 5 rounds of "last words" and farewells, or the surviving lover must be granted a major heroic act of vengeance.
 


Epic Intimidate

Prequise Epic Level, Intimidate Rank 1+

Benefite: You get to add either your Str, Int, Dex, Con, Wis or Cha modifier to the Indimate roll.
 

EPIC GAMEPLAY
Prerequisites: Must have played D&D before for at least half an hour or watched someone play D&D for half an hour.
Benefits: You win the game.


This should make everyone who asks "If it's a game, how do you win?" shut up. Or something. :rolleyes:
