Which price method should be used? The one from the DMG or the ELH? Thanks!

ELH. I suppose you could use the one from the DMG, but by god that would be a little cheap me thinks.

*nods* Yeah. Items > +10 really go beyond the scope of the DMG unless they are Artifacts.

Definitely ELH - it specifically says that if the total bonus is over +10 for weapons or any one enchantment is over a +5 effective bonus that you should use epic costs.

Some DM's decrease the "Epic Multiplier" for those Items. IOC, it's decreased from 10x to merely 3x, so your weapon would "only" cost 1.176.000 gm (still a forune).
