D&D 5E Epic Levels 21-30 (please help/give thoughts)

I've never played 4e, or really looked into the how epic levels worked in that system.
4e is was designed from the start with lvl 1-30 play and lvls 21-30 being "epic." At 21st level you could select an "Epic Destiny" that gave you some different options.
That's fine. I'm sure some people will prefer the other versions, but I will continue working on this one.
Absolutely, I don't mean to disparage your work, it is just not what I want an epic play. I have two options that I prefer:
  1. Epic Boons: I really love this system for epic advancement of mortal PCs.
  2. Divine Ascension: your PC becomes a demigod and progress through divine ranks/levels to greater godly power. I very different game similar to the original "Immortal Rules" for Dungeons and Dragons (which is what I am making).
I understand you want something different and I'm sorry I can't be of much help.

I'm going to add clarifications on that later, I haven't added them yet. I'm probably going to allow 2 Epic Boons once you get to 21st level, as well as 5 Ability Score Improvements for "free". By level 30, a character should have at least one 30, and probably a 26-28 in their secondary one.
You will have a lot of work making monsters to fight those PCs!

Okay.

That's fine. I'm going to include Epic Boons in this one, as a lot of people seem to enjoy them. At level 30, the PCs will practically be demigods, but only a few classes will make that clear (like the Warlock, Sorcerer, Cleric, Wizard etc) but they should all be on the same power level.

It might be tricky to do, but I have seen a go at epic level that included epic boons in the class structure above 20. It was on the UA reddit I believe

I'm currently working on adding the Rogue subclasses to the document. I have a formula for each subclass of each different class, which should be noticeable after a bit of reading. The rogue subclasses will get:
  • At level 23, an expansion upon a previous ability, making it more useful or allow it to be used more often.
  • The ability to Sneak Attack twice in a round, specific to each subclass. (Assassins can sneak attack twice on the same attack, Arcane Tricksters need a mage hand to sneak attack for them)
  • At level 26, an ability that allows for them to survive better, expanding on previous abilities most of the time.
  • At level 29, a set of abilities that cause them to become absolute masters at their subclass's abilities, like invisibility in dim light or darkness for assassins, or improved climbing for thieves.
