Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought D&D was about heroes and heroic deeds. It seems to me, this PRC is way out of blance. I just don't see one being able to destroy a whole world. Possibly a chain reaction of events can cause this, but no one single person should be capable of this without going insane. Two, the Apocalyptic Warrior. If he is not capable of plane travelling, how is he exempt from the destruction of his (home) planet? Meaning how can he escape death himself? If there is no plane or atmosphere, how is he supposed to breathe in an expanse o fnothing? Just some thougths.

Golem, relax and reread the class. First off, you don't have to DESTROY the planet - Just sterilize it. Epic spells or high level epic fighter types could manage this with consistent labor. Besides, Apocalypse Harbingers don't need to breath, and given enough corpses, they CAN use planar travel. Most Prime's are riddled with extraplanar gates, and they could always have a smattering of arcane/divine casting to let them exit the world once they've destroyed it.

If you ignored the 'singlehandedly' bit, being able to inspire genocide in others would be horrifying. As scairy as one being destroying life, a throng of them would be mind-numbing.
