epic wildshape feat...opinions

this feat is intended for an epic driud/shifter(MotW). the shifter PrC makes the forms a druid can take almost limitless. but they still have the same major downfall. you only gain the extraordinary abilities of the form assumed. that is until you reach epic levels. once you obtain epic levels, you can take wild shape feats to open up other forms of creatures, ranging from beasts, all the way to dragons. but with these feats the druid also gains the supernatural abilities of thier new form. since a shifter can already assume the form of more creatures, than a normal druid could even imagine, even with the epic feats. the idea is a feat that unlocks the supernatural abilities of creatures whose form yu adopt, by means of greater wildshape. it would go something like this. remeber that this is meant ti be an epic feat, since there has been no mention of the use of supernatural abilities prior to the new epic feats.

Greater Wildshape(supernatural abilities)
prerequisits: Greater wildshape 8/day
WIS 24
wilderness lore 27 ranks

Benefits: by taking this feat, the shifter is able to access the supernatural abilites, of the creatures whose form it adopts through the use of greater wildshape.

well that is it feel free to add you likes or dislikes...thanks ahead of time for your opinions.

Compare it to the other epic shapechanging feats, such as Magical Beast and Dragon. Those two feats allow supernatural abilites..

Perhaps you split that feat into subgroups, based on either type of form or type of ability. (ie, breath weapons, gaze attacks, touch attacks, yadda yadda.)

Perhaps only be able to access one creature's (Su) and (Sp) abilities? You know, you can take this feat multiple times, but each time it applies to a different creature yada yada. Something like:

Perfect Wildshape
Prereqs: Type: Shapeshifter, Wis 24, Knowledge (certain creature) 15 ranks, Wildshape 8/day

Benefit: The shapeshifter may now use the spell like and supernatural abilities of the chosen creature when using his Wildshape ability.

(Doesn`t this belong the the House Rules?)

When I flipped through the Epic Level Handbook, I found the Epic Wildshape Feat, and I noticed sursprised that Druids would gain the supernatural abilities of the extra forms. So I thought about this matter, too, and came up with a similar feat for a shifter.

Maybe it would be okay to make it apply to only a limited number of types, if this seems to powerful.

The alternate feat, applying this feat to only one form (or type) but gaining all abilities (including spellike), has some weaknesses:
If you have access to more than one form and take more than one of these feats, you might gain just to much - remember how many times a day you can use some spellike abilites- oh, my Balor spellikes are up? Just switch to Solar, I stil have some thousands there. - What, i rolled a 4 for my next Breath Weapon use? Just change to another dragon.

I am not sure if this is really to powerful, but compare it so some other prestige classes, that allow you to access special abilties from a single creature (maybe the Dragon Disciple, but I think there are some more) - you would gain all the benefits of such a class with a single feat, without taking 10 levels. I guess this is to much for a epic feat.

Only gaining the superantural of a single type would bacically mean that, in the long run, the shifter class would be useless. (You can already take a feat to make shifting a move equivalent action, and you rarely need more 10 shifts a day... So, who cares for evershifting form? And the type change is not really that powerful...)
