Get a Robes of the Archmagi

Get rid of bracers of armour (if they posses a real threat to you they wouldn’t be stopped If you had the missing 3 to your AC)
Then Get rid of Cloak of resistance +5 as you get +4 from the robe of Archmagi

Now you have the bracers and clock spot free.
Maybe you should save up for the Clock of etherealness?
Can’t come up with something for the bracers here on top of my head

I was responding to someone else's suggestion that the wizard (who had no item creation feats) use their own Wishes to get Inherent bonuses to their stats.

Then perhaps they would scribe scrolls. I think it works out to be slightly more expensive for some reason, but come in a lot more handy while waiting till you collect 5
