ESD Schedule

Anyone know where I can find the schedule of upcoming ESD's? I looked around svgames.com, but didn't find anything for the future. I'd almost pay cover price for ESD's of the Aria books.

Someone may correct me, but I believe that the ESD program is about done. Jim Bishop's contract I think was not extended beyond the last batch of ESD's he did for them about two months ago, was it not? In any event, I know WotC told him to suspend doing any more non-D&D products as ESD's.

Well, ugh. I was hoping since I saw the Mythus stuff, Aria would happen eventually. I don't want to kill my precious copies scanning in the charts and tables, and finding additional copies has been unsuccessful.

There's nothing about it on the Bastion Press webpage or ESD messageboards.

That they've been ordered to stop scanning non-D&D product, yes, that's definite. But not that the entire ESD-scanning program was halting.

Keep in mind that 'Upcoming ESDs' can mean TSR products to be scanned, and ESDs (already scanned) that will be made for sale at SVGames.

I assume that you are primarily interested in upcoming ESDs for sale.

Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to determine when ESDs will be released and which ones. At www.bastionpress.com, you can find an schedule of upcoming ESDs, but in the past ESDs have not been released for sale according to this schedule.

On the other hand, while I have no inside knowledge, by guess is there are still plenty of ESDs which are still in line to be released.

As for the products you've mentioned, I'm not familiar with them. Not sure whether they have been scanned or not. Again, check the ESD schedule at Basion's site. While I wouldn't trust the dates mentioned, it gives you an idea of whether an ESD of a given product is in the works.

Otherwise, Just check the svgames site freqently, particularly the new ESD releases section. Quite a few have been added in the last 2-3 weeks (over 80) and I'm hoping several more will be added. That's about the best you can do, I'm afraid.

There are forums where you can express your opinions or ask questions, but it probably won't do much good. Mortality.net's forums have a
Bastion Press ESD program forum. Also, the wizards.com forums have an section devoted to Out-of-print material and ESDs. You can fidn my posts there. The responses haven't been that informative.
