Eternal Patriarch (Epic Destiny)

Taking a crack at an epic destiny here.
The theme is of an eternal "father figure" sort of thing, where a character achieves a state of immortality tied to his bloodline.
It's not gender-exclusive; the text mentions matriarchs, I just didn't want a bunch of he/shes running around.

Ok so now that thats out of the way 2 points

1.Usually the level 30 feature is not the "once per day when you die you don't die" feature. And in fact is quite gimped in that regard even if it was the level 24 feature. I would say switch the 30 and the 24 and make the 24 way stronger and you have yourself a decent ED.

2. The flavor of father figure is kinda restricted based on your character's age and family. If you are ok with that then cool, but I would suggest some kind of "familial exarch" You are the culmination of your ancestors wisdom and training passed down through the centuries.

Oh wow, and yeah that power needs some toning down. First immediate actions can be used on your turns so it just doesn't work right now.

And considering you want it to be a free action giving someone a +4 to attack and then rewarding them for hitting with said attack that they get to recharge the free action power that gives them a +4 to attack is statistically like giving someone a +4 to attack static. Just far too powerful. Change attack roll for damage roll (and make it automatically recharge when used for a damage roll) and you are right where you should be.

I've seen EDs with the "when you die" thing at both 24th and 30th (Fey Liege, from AP, IIRC). That said, I'll take it into consideration.

I don't mind the flavor restrictions; some EDs have particular flavor tunnels that sorta "force" PCs into, so I'm not alone in that here.

And yeah, the utility shouldn't recharge itself at all. I'll make the change and repost the file.
