My appreciations for all the great replies.
I do recognize the astounding difference in pronunciation of the letters of the alphabet, from language to language.
So, although the spelling might indicate a similar name to the English one, the pronunciation is completely different (and may well use pronunciations that simply do not exist in English at all.)

My apologies to the United Kingdom over the Falklands. A very major mistake on my part. You fought a war recently over these islands, so I apologize for missing them.
I did not know about the status of Holland, nor about Limburg. My apologies to the Netherlands for these mistakes.
I did not realize French Guyana was a part of the European Union. That would be the first part of the western hemisphere to be in the Union.
I regret missing French Guyana and all of the others. The islands in the Carribean. Bermuda. The islands in the Pacific.
I am sorry about the Vatican. My apologies on that one also.

I hope my poll is sufficient; that I was complete enough to not offend and to be inclusive of everyone.
It is good to hear from all of you.
It is really good to hear your languages.
