Evasion to Improved Evasion

If i take a class that has evasion, and then multiclass with another class that also has evasion, does that create improved evasion?

Not unless the class says so (a few prestige classes do).

PHB 3.5 p. 59 lists what class abilities stack in that fashion (i.e. Uncanny Dodge does).

Evasion does not AFAIK.

Right the class has to specifically say "This class grants Evasion. If the character has Evasion from a previous Class, then it becomes Improved Evasion" or something along those lines, or else Monk 2/Rogue 2 would grant Imp. Evasion at 4th level.
