I only put an hour into this guy, so bear with me. I don't have the ELH with me (I'll get it on Friday), but here's what I can do from memory.... feat suggestions welcome!

Personally, I would definitely invest a few of the Epic character feats in Blinding Speed - being able to haste yourself as a free action is very nice.

Also, at those levels I'd be saying "the heck with the penalties", picking up the 2WF feats (at least 2WF, I2WF, and 2WRend) and dual-weilding dwarven waraxes. It's only a -4 to hit, and you can always go back to the shield if you need to. (Although dual-weilding axe and spiked shield is a strong possibility too!)

Legendary Climber & Leaper aren't on the fighter bonus feats list. Commander, Rider, and Wrestler are though. I'd consider Epic Leadership and Legendary Commander - nothing like having a couple of hundred thousand troops to back you up. You'd need to bump his Cha up to 25 and give him 30 ranks of Diplomacy though. If you're just trying to do a melee machine it's not worth it.
