Experience with Necromancer Games' Coils of Set?

I'm starting up a new game with my occasinally face to face but mostly email group and I plan on using the Coils of Set module from Necromancer Games. Anybody had any experience with it?

My players voted for a church agents themed party background in a pulp style adventure in our shared Ptolus/Freeport post apocalyptic Greyhawk on its way to becoming Eberron campaign world so I'm going with Coils of Set turning the Eternal Sun Temple into a Lothian church and placing Majoor in part of the Adarres controlled west outside of the directly Lothian controlled east.

I've read most of the beginning and it looks fun, I like the Black Leaf character reference. :)

One of PCs is one of the new Lothian warforged and I'm not sure my group will plan to impersonate bad guys so I'll see what they come up with to handle the first chapter.

I haven't run it, but I've read it. I wasn't overly fond of the first 2 adventures; more because I was expecting a different tone than because the adventures were poor (I thought the whole thing was going to be a bit more Al-Quadim than it was).

I thought that the third adventure had great potential.

I'm thinking of changing the snake mother to be less of an in your face obviously evil monster and into something people are more likely to deal with given her role and proximity to Majoor.

I'm also not clear on whether she is a member of both the OH and CoS or just deals with both while being independent herself.
