Just so I'm not misunderstanding: you're talking about the stirge attached to the orc, right? Because it's the only living stirge you can see, by the time you get into the room.

Kol will run in and not wanting to risk chopping the youth in half triesto grapple the stirge attached to the orcling.

My mistake. I just went back over my previous post and realized that, by the time Kol's or Lokin's initiative comes around, the stirge is bloated, and has let go of the orc.

Does that change Kol's action?

On his next round Zurd will cast Color spray in the direction of the orclings and the stirges regardless....

He knows it will not kill them or his party should they get in the way.

Kol kills the stirge. From where he is, close to the next secret door, he can see one other orc in the passage beyond. That orc is also wrestling with a stirge that has bitten him. Kol can't see the last orc, and only he and Zurd can see the second one.

Kyle follows into the room, uncertain what to do beyond that.

Zurd casts his spell, and both the orc and stirge in the corridor are unconscious. Kol is also knocked out. The orc left in the room, however, blinks quickly and manages to ignore the stunning display. The others are outside the area of effect.

Lokin follows everyone else into the room. He can take a standard action too.

Lokin, unsure with all the flashing lights and general chaos, takes a moment to assess the remaining threats in the room. He holds his action, waiting to see what the orc or his companions do before he acts.

Kol lays prone, dazzled unto unconsious.

The littlest orc runs screaming through the door after his associates.

Kongu rushes to Kol's side. "Kol? Kol? Are you going to be OK?" She is completely unsure of what to do as she looks up. "What happened to him?"

Kyle, meanwhile, picks up the dead stirge. "This will make a fine stew", he says.

Lokin manuevers through the room and attempts to pursue the fleeing orc. He calls after him in broken orcish.

"Stop! Not safe for baby orc is running! Me no hurt!"
