Yeah, it definitely sounds intersting, and a little bit wacky, which is a good thing.

It would be great if you could play it without the eye-gimmick and the cards. That's my only real complaint based on the review - I hate having to pay for a gimmick (let alone two) that will only be used by one game, raising the cost of the game significantly.

I have to say, I think it's an interesting strategy, focusing on the collectable part, but it may work. I'm honestly surprised we haven't seen it before now. I guess this really is the online-generation of consoles.
