Favor to ask: Sample E-Tools Character XML

msd

First Post
I am trying to write a conversion util that will transform a character generated by E-Tools (which I currently do not own) to another XML format.

Could anyone possibly post/send me/provide a link for a sample E-Tools character output that gives a good representation of what the XML looks like?

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Using XSLT?

Either through XSLT proper or through an object wrapper that gives me an object-friendly view of XSLT.

Probably the latter...have the E-Tools XML for me? :p

Not at the moment I don't. I'll have to wait until I get home to have access to E-Tools. So what format are you converting to (curious)?

Fantasy Grounds (online gaming software) uses xml to represent characters.

I'd like to have someone be able to upload an E-tools xml file to a web server and have some php make some DOM calls and spit out some FG xml...

Here's a 21st level dwarf fighter/rogue, and a 12th level half-orc wizard. This is what you get straight from the program when you choose Export to XML.
